Booking Your Corporate Headshots: The Process

Want to know how things work when you book me to create your new corporate headshots?

No problem  🙂  Let me talk you through it…

You can choose the style of headshots we create.

The default corporate headshot is a waist-up crop on pure white background, but we can get as creative as you like with lighting and background. For example, we can:

• Use your office/workspace as a background
• Go out on location
• Shoot in my studio (Check out my South Yarra Photography Studio here)
• Use dark or emotive lighting
• Create images in black and white

My pricing is simple.

There is a $399 Session Fee that covers travel and setup time or studio hire.
Then it’s just $50 per image; this fee includes extensive post-production work on each selected image.

For example, if you need one image each for 5 staff, the total would be $399 + $250 = $649 + gst

Here’s how the shoot will run:

I will spend about 20mins setting up my gear and testing lighting.
Once we are up and running, we can get through standard staff headshots very quickly, usually 2-4mins per person (a personal best is 93 in an hour!). I usually allow a little more time with CEOs/Management to get a variety of expressions and poses for their various additional communication requirements.
